MAGNA-LOCKS
Magnador is the only security company to manufacture patented stainless steel locks, for extra strength and longer life for coastal conditions. The lock is a trigger slam lock with automatic dead lock function. This means when you close the gate, the lock will in a single action be engaged, as well as automatically dead locked.
MAGNA-RIVETS
We use industrial strength rivets in our manufacturing assembly line. Our rivets provide superior tensile and sheer strength compared to the general purpose rivet purchased at local hardware stores or other local suppliers. Stainless steel rivets are used in certain applications where greater strength and non-corrosion is essential. The rivets’ added strength is obtained by our higher magnesium content, meeting our rigid specifications at the manufacturing stage.

MAGNA-EPOXY
We use textured exterior Polyester powders which is not smooth, in a range of colours, in our manufacturing assembly line. These powders provide high impact strength, good durability, flexibility (capacity to bend), good adhesion, weather resistance and corrosion protection all of which enhance product appearance and feel. Our powders can be used to coat business machines, electrical enclosures, fire extinguishers, garden tools, hospital equipment, light fixtures, office furniture, oil filters, power tools, shelving, toolboxes, etc.
