Short description of position: Mr Samboer manages the manufacturing operations of the sliding security doors as well as all the products made in the welding department. He ensures that high standards are maintained in the operations.

Short description of position: Our doors are assembled by hand. Once components are ready they are sent to Celeste who works her magic by ensuring the doors are assembled correctly.

Short description of position: Fredah performs the assembly of our gates. Once all the components have been made up and powder coated she assembles the items into a fully operational door.

Short description of position: One of our Powder Coaters who apply the Powder to the door components before sending the components to the oven. This gives our product a superior finish that is not only a rust retardant but it offers the client a choice of colours.

Short description of position: He prepares all the gates and bars for galvanising. He does this by grinding all the welded points on the burglar proofing.

Short description of position: Andre keeps the factory machinery in good working order by following the maintenance schedule set out and attends to any breakdowns. He also manages Magnador’s fleet of vehicles.
Florence Mazwaso
Position: Storekeeper

Short description of the position: Florence keeps the stock levels in check to ensure there is sufficient stock on hand to supply the various departments in the production facility. She also liaises with the various supplies to Magnador.
Position: Roll forming section head
How long with the company: 21 years
Short description of the position: Lawrence operates and sets up the roll forming machines and presses. The setting up of the roll forming requires precision to ensure the various profiles are made correctly.
Position: Cutting, milling & drilling section head
How long with the company: 17 years
Short description of position: Thabiso department is where the trellis security doors are cut to size and then are drilled and milled. All specs are checked to ensure accuracy.
